Our Story
Built on Genuine Brands and Real Industry Know-How
TruMotion was founded on a simple observation: African industry was being offered power transmission products of wildly varying quality, with little technical support behind them. Downtime on a production line, a mine conveyor or a cane mill costs far more than the price of a chain — so the product you fit, and the people you buy it from, matter.
That is why TruMotion supplies only globally recognised brands. We are proud to carry the Diamond Chain range — the American roller chain standard since 1890, now part of the Timken group — and the Lovejoy coupling range, a world leader in flexible power transmission couplings since 1927.
From our South African base we serve customers across the continent: mines, sugar mills, cement plants, food and beverage producers, packaging lines, farms and forestry operations.
